Status

I have the right to decline and/or cancel a commission if:

1. I am unable to draw the requested piece​

2. Customer communicates with ill manner

3. No payment is made

Unless requested, the artwork will be 350dpi A4 (3508 x 2480 px) sized.

Unless requested, the final artwork will be sent via Google Drive link.

Please provide references and requests as detailed as possible (character sheets, pose reference, style, etc.) to ensure the best quality of product. References and requests may be in the form of images and texts. 

Purchases over IDR 100.000 will require 50% upfront payment after the sketch is approved by both parties. (Check How to Pay for details).

Once upfront payment is done, customers are strongly advised to not cancel the commission as there will be no refund.

One commission takes approximately 3-14 days. Depending on the queue status, process may take longer. I will inform you of the approximate time before starting the commission.

Unless requested otherwise, updates on the work in progress would be done three times (sketch, lineart, finished). In each update, customer may make the following changes:

1. ​When sketch is sent, customer is allowed to make minor to major changes (pose change, character change, etc.).

2. When lineart is sent, customer is allowed to make minor changes (little details, line thickness, etc.)

3. When the finished drawing is sent, customer is allowed to make minor changes (color correction, face expressions, etc.)

4. Major changes in lineart and finished drawing steps will require additional charge.

Source file (.psd, .clip, or .mdp) will be provided with extra charge. 

I hold every right to the produced artwork, not the customer. Unless requested, I am allowed to post the artwork on any social media or publish it in any book for any purpose.

Customers are allowed to use the produced artwork for personal use. Posting it on social media or using it for self-promotion requires credit to the original artist.

Customers aren't allowed to alter and/or edit the produced artwork, use the produced artwork for commercial use, and/or take credit for the artwork creation.
